Jean-Christophe Cholet is a pianist, composer and jazz arranger.
He is clearly one of the most singular French figures in the field of music and jazz improvisation.
His work is remarkably varied, with one constant: artistic and cultural transversality. He likes to marry contemporary harmonies with traditional songs, a jazz trio with a classical choir, or combine instruments that were never intended to meet each other.
Whether in solo piano or in a large orchestra, he has given hundreds of concerts throughout the world.
His discography includes more than twenty albums, most of them as the bandleader.
