Erwann Kermorvant is a score composer. He started with clarinet at Lorient’ Conservatoire at the age of 7. Later on, he flew to the United-States and discovered score music beside Ralph Grierson, a very famous studio keybord player in Hollywood and this is where Erwann found his calling. He joined the Groove School of Music in Los Angeles and get specialized in score music at U.C.L.A.
Back in France, he signed in 2002 the music of the cult movie “Mais qui a tué Pamela Rose?” and started a collaboration with French director Olivier Marchal for whom he will compose the score of « 36, quai des Orfèvres », TV series « Braquo » (2009), « Les Lyonnais » (2011), « Borderline » (2015), TV series « Section Zero » (2016), « Carbone » (2017) or more recently « Bronx » in 2019 (Netflix) and « Overdose » in 2022 (Amazon Prime).
He is as well the one behind the score of « Prête-moi ta main » (2006), « La première étoile » (2009), « L’enquête » (2015), « La deuxième étoile » (2017) or « Le Lion » (2019).
In 2015, Erwann Kermorvant was awarded with the Best Music prize at Festival de La Rochelle for “Borderline” and in 2021, the Grand Prix Sacem for music for image.
