Adama Bilorou is a singer-songwriter from Burkina Faso. Raised in the Griot tradition, he transformed his legacy into a melody made of multiple shades.
Since his childhood in Ivory Coast, then travelling to Italy and France, United-States or Burkina Faso, he captured many ears and hearts across the globe.
As a versatile musician, Adama Bilorou is yet a fine specialist of Djembé and Balafon with which he explores wide musical horizons and redefine the codes with his Chromatic Bala-fon, an instrument adapted by his family that is now opening the gates of occidental vibes while creating a world of infinite possibilities.

His career is a neverending evolution. At the age of 13, he entered Djolem in Abidjan as a solist and then joined Ivory Coast National Ballet. In 1999, he formed the troup Djélikan and impressed Masa Festival in Ivory Coast and was elected best drummer of his generation in 2001.
Since then, Adama Bilorou can’t stop making the world dance to his vibe.

Adama Bilorou’s life is also a web of renowned collaborations: from Salif Keita to Marcus Miller, Manu Dibango or Amadou & Mariam, he was able to share his art with some oft he greatests.
In 2023, after a tour across France and the United-States, he will be back with a brand new album: Anitchié.
